Mathdyne
Printable math worksheets that adapt to your student, from counting all the
way to vector calculus.
You tick what your student already knows. Mathdyne builds a worksheet from the few
topics they are ready for next, and you print it. They work on paper, away from a screen.
Then you open the same worksheet on your device, tap the problems they got wrong, and the
next worksheet takes account of it — holding a topic back until it is solid, and slipping in
the occasional refresher from something already mastered.
How it works
- Set a parent PIN. Answers, grading and the answer key sit behind it.
- Mark what your student already knows, or leave it blank to start at counting.
- Print the worksheet, or share it as a PDF.
- Grade by tapping the wrong problems on a copy of the printed page.
- The next worksheet is built from what that grading showed.
What is inside
- 1,318 topics across 16 levels, carefully ordered so nothing arrives before what it
depends on.
- Numbers are generated fresh each time, small and simple when a topic is new and
harder as your student gets it right.
- Word problems throughout, not only bare arithmetic.
- Shapes are drawn to scale, and geometry problems come with the figure they describe.
- Every topic has a how-to page: on the answer sheet, tap a section heading to see the
method, the common mistakes, and worked examples.
- Up to 30 students on one device, each with their own progress, worksheets and history.
What it needs
- An iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later.
- A printer for the worksheets. Any AirPrint printer works. If you have no printer, you
can share the worksheet as a PDF and print it elsewhere.
What it doesn't do
- No adverts, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no in-app purchases.
- No network connections of any kind. It works entirely offline, and everything your
student does stays on your device.
